About IELTS
IELTS is designed to test a candidate’s English proficiency in the areas of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. All candidates take the same Listening and Speaking Modules. If you are planning to undertake academic study, it is recommended that you sit for the Academic Reading and Writing Modules. If you are planning to undertake non-academic training or apply for immigration into Canada or some other countries, it is recommended that you sit for the General Training Reading and Writing Modules.
Test Dates
British Council and the Australian Education Office, which are the main authorities for conducting IELTS tests in different cities of Pakistan, announce annual test dates for their available centers.
Test Registration
You may either download the application form directly from the website.
You must attach a clear photocopy of your valid/original national identity card, passport and two recent color passport size photographs with the IELTS application form. Please write your full name on the reverse of each photograph. One photograph must be pasted securely with glue and the other attached using a paper clip to the IELTS application form.
