What are the passing marks of the spouse visa test in Pakistan?

The passing marks are 45%. If you get more than 60% marks in the test you can get an A2 level in the test.

How can we get a B1 in this test?

The passing marks required for a B1 are 90% if you give KET.

Is the test paper based or computer based?

You can give the test both, either as computer based or as paper based, as per your feasibility.

Is there a difference between the difficulty levels of the computer based and paper based tests?

No, the tests are of the same difficulty level with the same format.
